THE APPLICABILITY OF DISTANCE EDUCATION IN HEALTHCARE TECHNICIAN EDUCATION: A CROSS-SECTIONAL

In this study, the applicability of distance education in associate degree programs health services discipline has been discussed. For purpose, various views and readiness levels technician candidates towards have examined. The sample research is consisted 420 studying 7 different at Gazi University Health Services Vocational School. collection data, 3 questions including demographic characteristics 5 on asked, E-Learning Readiness Scale used. Frequency, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, variance analysis chi-square tests used data. According to findings, 70.2% students stated that they did not want study any higher program provides through education. 21.1% thought their could be done entirely with method 69.5% would still prefer face-to-face even if there was a alternative. Working had e-learning levels. Finally, no statistically significant difference obtained between level.
